TotalEnergies is the fifth-largest energy business on earth and Europe’s largest refiner. With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries and a market capitalisation approaching AU$300 billion, the business sells Excellium® Diesel in bulk and through 17,000+ service stations, serving more than 8 million customers every day.

TotalEnergies is the only major energy company with its own in-house research and development capabilities—TotalEnergies AFS. EPC+ and HVO100, developed in these facilities and now available in Australia through GreenTECH Fuel, are among the products developed in these facilities.

Empire C&E advises buyers and sellers of carbon credits on maximising the value of environmental strategies and offsets. GreenTECH Fuel engaged Empire to provide independent modelling and calculate the return on investment in EPC+ and HVO100.

Empire C&E will provide the customers of GreenTECH Fuel with the support they need to facilitate Safeguard Mechanism reporting and MCR, maximising the potential for carbon credits and the savings and/or revenue that might be generated by those carbon credits.
